Please read this Payment and Cancellation Policy carefully.
Our billing process is as follows.
To confirm your scheduled appointment with StateLine Cleaning, please note that a credit card may be required for all cleaning services, whether they are for commercial or residential purposes. By booking a cleaning service through our website's booking system or via phone, you consent to the storage of your information and credit card details by StateLine Cleaning for deposits and future transactions.
A deposit of $200.00 is required for all cleaning services offered by StateLine Cleaning. This deposit will be invoiced at the time of booking and is due upon receipt to secure your scheduled appointment. The remaining balance will be due the day prior to the appointment. Payment can be made via credit card.
Currently, we do not accept personal or business checks as a form of payment.
Please be advised that a Service and Maintenance Fee of 3.3% will be applied to all services rendered. Additionally, a Late Fee of 2% will be assessed if the invoice is not paid by the specified due date. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. This service fee is essential in helping us cover the operational and maintenance costs of StateLine Cleaning.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating changes to your scheduled appointment. We are more than willing to accommodate rescheduling when needed. However, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (excluding weekends) by calling NC (252) 550-2929 or VA (757) 550-1515 to facilitate the rescheduling process. Please note that if you need to reschedule less than the 48-hour window, a rescheduling fee of $25.00 will be applied and charged to the credit card on file.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please be aware that failing to contact us at least 48 hours in advance will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. All charges will be billed to the credit card on file. To avoid this fee, kindly reach out to us within the specified 48-hour window.
In the event of a no-show—meaning no one is present at the service location, access is denied, or there is no access to the service address for scheduled appointments (with the exception of those appointments that provide keys or entry codes)—the deposit of $200.00 will be forfeited. This fee is intended to cover costs related to labor, supplies, tools, fuel, time, and equipment. Our teams are dedicated to meeting or exceeding our customers' cleaning expectations and rely on the presence of a responsible party at the scheduled time. We kindly request that you contact us within 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
StateLine Cleaning strives to meet or exceed your cleaning needs, and we make every effort to ensure that you receive an exceptional cleaning experience from us. We unfortunately do not offer a refund for services rendered but, should you at any time are not satisfied with your cleaning experience we ask that you contact us immediately or within 24 hours after the appointment so that we can assess the problem and clean anything that did not meet your expectation at no additional charge. If you are still not happy with your cleaning experience with StateLine Cleaning then, we may gladly discount you 10% off your cleaning cost providing that we have exhausted all our cleaning measures on a case-by-case basis.
